Recipes From Bon Appétit’s March 2024 Issue
By March, the ground is beginning to thaw and the days are feeling noticeably longer. While spring is still a few weeks away, it’s easy to give into the antsy desire for winter’s end. With that in mind, the editors at Bon Appétit have developed an array of recipes that will keep you occupied and happily humming in the kitchen until the first sprig of green pops out of the ground.
Food editor Shilpa Uskokovic has an array of gluten-free desserts that are delicious and worth baking, whether you include gluten in your diet or not. We’re raiding the pantry and putting to use those jars of paprika, turmeric, and cinnamon sticks. We’ll also bring new life to that half-used box of raisins you’ve been wondering what to do with—hint: throw them in your pasta, vinaigrette, and seared chicken thighs. If all else fails, toss together a few fino martinis and watch the ice slowly melt away.
