2/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons drained bottled horseradish, or to taste
Tabasco to taste

  1. In a bowl whisk together all ingredients with salt to taste. Cocktail sauce may be made 1 day ahead and chilled, its surface covered with plastic wrap.
