Ingredients

1 ripe banana, cut into thirds
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries (do not thaw)
1 cup yogurt

Preparation

    Combine banana, blueberries, and yogurt in a blender; puree on high speed until smooth. Serve immediately.

    If the ingredients in your smoothie don’t blend easily, simply add more liquid until everything incorporates. Adding some (or extra) banana will make any of these recipes thicker and creamier.
