Recipe information

  • Yield

    yields 3 cups

Ingredients

3 hard-boiled eggs
Salt and pepper
1 medium cucumber
Two 4-ounce jars caviar
One 8-ounce package cream cheese
1 small bunch green onions, finely sliced
3/4 cup mayonnaise
Green onions, chopped, for garnish

Preparation

  1. Step 1

Finely chop the eggs; season with salt and pepper to taste. Peel, seed and chop the cucumber. Blot with paper towels to remove excess moisture. Reserve 1/2 cup of caviar for the garnish.

    Step 2
