Ingredients

1 chipotle chile
3 ounces silken tofu
3 tablespoons nonfat mayonnaise
3 tablespoons ketchup
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

Preparation

  1. Combine the chipotle chile, tofu, mayonnaise, ketchup and Dijon mustard in a food processor and process until smooth.
