Ingredients

25 chocolate wafers (6 ounces), broken into pieces, or 1 1/2 cups wafer-cookie crumbs
5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
3 tablespoons sugar
Pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. In a food processor, pulse wafers until finely ground. Add butter, sugar, and salt, and process until well combined.
