Cottage cheese with lox tomatoes cucumber and everything bagel seasoning.

I love cottage cheese: It’s loaded with protein and makes the perfect base for this savory bowl that’s inspired by all the toppings I love on a bagel (minus the bread). Perfect for breakfast or a snack, these bowls are an easy way to get more nutrient-rich foods into your day. If you’re not a fan of cottage cheese, you can use plain yogurt instead.

This chicken salad nails it—creamy, herby, and endlessly riffable.
Turn humble onions into this thrifty yet luxe pasta dinner.
Add a bag of potato chips and you've got yourself a party.
This is what I call a fridge-eater recipe. The key here is getting a nice sear on the sausage and cooking the tomato down until it coats the sausage and vegetables well.
Every salad should have pita chips.
Riff on the lunchbox staple. Mayo-haters deserve tuna, too.
Put that half-full tub to use with recipes that go beyond the Italian American classics.
This thrifty riff hinges on canned butter beans and a juicy grated tomato marinade.
