Ingredients

1 garlic clove
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/3 cup olive oil

  1. Mince and mash the garlic to a paste with the salt and in a bowl combine the garlic paste with the vinegar and the pepper. Add the oil in a stream, whisking, and whisk the dressing until it is emulsified.
