Preparation

  1. Pulse 1/2 cup crème fraîche, 2 tablespoons chopped fresh herbs, and 1/4 teaspoon each coarse salt and freshly ground pepper in a food processor until thoroughly combined. Refrigerate, covered, up to 2 days.
