  • Yield

    6 Servings

Ingredients

4 cups Madeira
6 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
8 3-inch-long, 1/2-inch-wide orange peel strips (orange part only)
6 whole cloves
1 cinnamon stick, broken in half
1/2 cup Cointreau or other orange liqueur

Preparation
