Ingredients

Vegetable oil cooking spray
1/2 cup shredded sweetened coconut
2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
Zest of 1 orange
2 tablespoons orange juice

Preparation

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Cut dough in half; roll out both halves to an even 1/4-inch thickness. Cut out cookies with a 2-inch star cookie cutter; reroll scraps to get 40 cookies.
