  1. FOLLOW THE BASIC RECIPE, adding 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin and 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander when sweating the aromatics and using 1 pound cauliflower (1 head), trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces and the same amount of potato for the base vegetables. Proceed with the recipe to simmer and puree.
