Ingredients

2 tablespoons Roquefort cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon garlic salt
Dash of cayenne pepper

Preparation

  1. Put the cheese into a small bowl. Cream with a fork. Add the mayonnaise, then the lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish, garlic salt, and cayenne pepper.
