Seasoned Radishes

I love these radishes and cannot stop eating them. I like to serve them with drinks, but you may serve them with grilled meats or as a relish with a meal.

Ingredients

1 dozen medium radishes
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar

Preparation

  1. Remove the green radish tops and their tails, wash well, and then cut each radish in half lengthwise. Combine the radishes with the salt, cayenne, and vinegar in a small bowl, mix well, and set aside for 3 hours, tossing every now and then. Drain the radishes and serve.
