8 ounces (1 cup) distilled gin
8 ounces (1 cup) Benedictine liqueur
3 ounces (1/3 cup) kirsch or other cherry-flavored brandy
1 1/2 ounces (3 tablespoons) grenadine
1/2 cup superfine granulated sugar
1 liter club soda, chilled
Garnish: maraschino cherries

Preparation

  1. Stir together gin, Benedictine, kirsch, grenadine, and sugar until sugar is dissolved. Serve over ice in tall glasses with a splash of club soda.
