Ingredients

2 packages (14 oz.) Libby's® Cut Green Beans Pouch
1/2 medium yellow onion, diced
1/2 cup pancetta
8 small potatoes, diced
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 pinch cayenne pepper
1 pinch salt & pepper, to taste

Preparation

  1. Steps:

    Step 1

    Add pancetta and toss for 1-2 minutes.

    Step 2

    Add Libby's® Cut Green Beans Pouches and diced potatoes. Add brown sugar, cayenne, pinch of salt and black pepper.

    Step 3

    Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees to ensure the potatoes are cooked all the way through.
