Starbucks VIA® Ginger Crush Cocktail

    1 pitcher yields approximately 12, 6-ounce servings (not including ice)

Ingredients

4 packets Starbucks VIA®
4 tablespoons Sugar, granulated
2 cups Vodka
4 bottles Ginger beer
4 Limes, chopped
Ice

Preparation

  1. Directions:

    Step 1

    Dissolve Starbucks VIA® with a tablespoon of hot water in pitcher.

    Step 2

    Add sugar, vodka, ginger beer and chopped limes to the pitcher.

    Step 3

    Stir to dissolve sugar.

    Step 4

    Let chill before serving (ginger beer retains its fizz for several hours).

  2. To Serve:

    Step 5

    Combine the lime zest with equal amount sugar.

    Step 6

    Dip moistened rims of tall glasses into lime-sugar mixture.

    Step 7

    Add ice to glasses and pour beverage over the top.

    *Before chopping, zest the limes. To chop, quarter each lime and then slice each quarter in half.
