Ingredients

1/4 lime
Coarse salt for coating the rim of the glass
2 jiggers (3 ounces) tequila
Chilled tonic water
2 thin lime slices

Preparation

  1. Rub the rim of a highball glass with the 1/4 lime and dip it into a bowl of coarse salt to coat it lightly. Fill glass with ice and squeeze remaining juice from lime into it. Add tequila and stir. Fill with tonic and add lime slices.
