5 ounces fresh mozzarella, sliced 1/4" thick
2 very ripe heirloom tomatoes, sliced 1/4" thick
2 very ripe peaches, sliced 1/4" thick
Fresh mint leaves
Extra-virgin olive oil
Flaky sea salt
