Ingredients

2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1 onion, chopped
1 tart green apple, peeled, cored, chopped
3 garlic cloves, chopped
2 tablespoons curry powder (preferably Madres)

Steamed rice
Chopped fresh cilantro
