3/4 pound red seedless grapes (2 cups)
6 teaspoons walnut or pistachio oil, divided
1 pint vanilla ice cream
1/4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts or pistachios, toasted

Preparation

    Preheat broiler.

    Toss grapes with 2 teaspoons oil in a shallow baking pan and broil 5 to 6 inches from heat just until grapes burst, about 6 minutes.
